RMNCLDYO, LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the DreamSeeker mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

- Usage data: dreams, actions, journal entries, focus sessions, and progress data you create within the app
- Device information: device type, operating system version, and push notification tokens
- Subscription data: purchase history and subscription status, managed through RevenueCat
How We Use Your Information
- To provide and operate the DreamSeeker app and its features
- To manage your account and authenticate your identity
- To process subscriptions and in-app purchases
- To send push notifications you have opted into
- To display community content you choose to share
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Convex (backend and data storage)
- RevenueCat (subscription management)
- Apple App Store (payments and distribution)
- Expo (push notifications)
- Resend (transactional email)

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We share data only with the third-party services listed above as necessary to operate the app.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes all your data including dreams, actions, journal entries, and profile information.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure authentication through Better Auth.
Children's Privacy
DreamSeeker is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted within the app and on this page.
