These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Pourveyor mobile application operated by Ramon Claudio, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Pourveyor, you agree to these Terms.

About Pourveyor

Pourveyor is a curated guide to specialty coffee shops in New York City. The list is editorial. Shops are chosen by us, and the pick and the reason attached to each one are our opinion, not a professional recommendation or a rating.

Shop Information

Addresses, hours, phone numbers, and other details are gathered from public sources and can go out of date. Shops close, move, and change their hours without telling us. Check with the shop before you travel. We do not guarantee that any listing is current, complete, or accurate.

No Affiliation or Endorsement

We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any shop or roaster listed in the app. Shop names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear for identification only. Appearing in the app is not a paid placement, and we accept no payment for inclusion.

Account Registration

You need an account to use the app. You must provide accurate information when you create one, and you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Scrape, bulk-copy, or redistribute the shop list or the editorial write-ups

Intellectual Property

The Pourveyor name, brand, App Store listing, app design, and the editorial write-ups are owned by Ramon Claudio, LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to reuse any of them.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from Profile, which removes your data after a 30-day grace window.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Pourveyor is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any shop listing is accurate or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ramon Claudio, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including any wasted trip to a shop that has closed, moved, or changed its hours.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
